Supplier update

Delivering your wedding gifts is one of our absolute favourite parts of our service. Unfortunately, we've been navigating disrupted supply chains and order processing delays which have impacted our usual estimated delivery time. ​​Whilst some of your gifts may arrive very quickly, we are averaging 6-8 weeks for your whole order to be ready, and on occasion, this could be longer. We know this falls short of your expectations for Prezola and for that we are truly sorry.

How this impacts you

Whilst some orders won’t be impacted, those that are affected will exceed our typical lead time. We should reiterate that this will impact a portion of your confirmed gift list and not every item you have ordered.


What we are doing about it

We know how important it is for you to get your wedding gifts as soon as possible and we’d like to assure you we’re doing absolutely everything we can to make that happen.

We’re working very closely with all of our suppliers on weekly stock availability, forecasting and reserving gifts in advance wherever possible. We’d also like to offer the option of a split delivery to those impacted. This means that we can deliver all the gifts that have already arrived and those with longer lead times can be sent at a later date. If a gift you have ordered becomes unavailable, our customer services team will be in touch to sort a similar alternative or to help you find something else you’ll love.
