Whilst some of your gifts may arrive very quickly, we are averaging 6-8 weeks for your whole order to be ready. So sit back and relax while we get to work ordering your gorgeous gifts. Our customer service team will keep you updated on your delivery and are on hand to help via phone or live chat.
After your wedding, it's time to close your list and make any final swaps. Select the ‘finalise your list’ button in your dashboard and follow the steps to place your order.
We'll get busy ordering your gifts from our brand partners. Each item is ordered to our warehouse especially for you. Our Customer Services team will keep you updated along the way.
Once your delivery is ready, we'll be in touch so you can book a suitable delivery day. We offer a to the door, signature required delivery service with our courier partner.

Once your delivery is on its way, you will receive regular updates and be able to track your gifts on their journey to you.
We offer a to the door, signature required delivery service. If your delivery includes age-restricted items (and you're lucky enough to look under 25) you may be asked for proof of age.
The courier will then ensure your boxes are safely delivered to your front door. All that will be left for you to do is get them inside, unbox and open all your wonderful gifts!
To keep things simple, some large furniture will get delivered to you directly from the supplier. We'll ask you to tell us the delivery address when you lock in the item.
Some direct delivery items are made to order so may have a slightly different lead time.
We are on a mission to make sure as much of our packaging as possible is recyclable or reusable. Whilst some items are delivered in their own retail boxes, our main delivery boxes and padding added are fully recyclable. We would love you to help us by recycling as much as you can from your delivery. Every little helps, right?

We want to make your gift list experience really flexible. We ask you to finalise your list when you have finished making swaps, so that we know you are ready for us to order your gifts from all our wonderful suppliers.
When your gifts are ready to be sent, you'll get an email with a link to book a delivery date through your account.
This is the best bit… your delivery day! #PrezolaDay 🤩 We’ll send your gifts to arrive on your chosen date. On the delivery day, the courier will keep you updated via text, so you can track your gifts on the day – you’ll even get an hour time slot too!
