If you think you’ve seen it all when it comes to weddings, Vidhi and Zachary’s extravaganza will make you think again!
Guests were invited to nine events over four days and four nights with dancing, music, caricatures, clowns, face painting, performers and LOTS of food. We wanted to find out more about the happy couple and instantly fell in love with their photos!
How did you meet?
We were both working in finance in London and I asked her out for a coffee when she had left the job for a new one.
Tell us all about the engagement!
It was an extremely sentimental and emotive affair that actually took place in India.
What was your favourite thing about the wedding?
We loved the fact that our friends and family had come from all over the world to share with us in our special day. We also loved the ceremonies and even though it took place over 4 days and 4 nights, it was an absolute whirlwind.
What tip would you give other couples planning their wedding?
Definitely get a wedding planner; it’s probably the most important thing after the venue.
Apart from getting married, what’s the best thing you’ve done together?
We’ve travelled to lots of different continents together and I think we’re most proud of managing to build a solid life together. Also two weeks after our wedding we adopted our beautiful puppy Lévy, who we both love so much (he was part of our dog fund!).
Did you have a honeymoon? If so, tell us all about where you went and what you loved about it.
We had a mini-moon in Dubai after the wedding and we’re looking forward to our honeymoon tour of USA’s West Coast in the summer.

What’s the most exciting thing you’re looking forward to as a married couple?
Growing old together and sharing our lives in a meaningful way with those that matter to us.
What’s your favourite date activity?
We like to travel and also go to the cinema once in a while. We also like to go to college formals (Vidhi is a PhD student at Cambridge).
